Founder / Head Coach
I am both a football player and coach who is in the process of obtaining my UEFA B coaching license. I have previously played abroad in Brazil, Denmark, Austria and also played for a few semi professional clubs in England.
My passion is to develop football player’s from grassroots to professionals. I have a proven track record of developing player’s to progress and thrive.
Charlie Page Cox
Lead Coach
As an FA Level 1 coach, currently working towards my UEFA C licence, I’m dedicated to inspiring young players to believe in themselves and reach their full potential. At Strive2Score, my mission is to help every player discover their own journey, develop their skills and technique, and grow in confidence both on and off the pitch.
I believe football should be as enjoyable as it is challenging, so I ensure each player not only improves but truly enjoys every step of the process. For me, coaching is about more than the game—it’s about shaping confident, disciplined, and passionate players for the future.

Scout | Talent Development | Player Pathways
At Strive2Score, I identify emerging football talent through live match observation and detailed video analysis. I work closely with the coaching team, offering performance feedback that bridges match realities with training priorities. When clubs or scouts express interest in players, I help connect them with the right opportunities, ensuring that each athlete’s potential is matched to a fitting pathway. This combination of scouting expertise, on-field insight, and network facilitation allows me to contribute meaningfully to both individual player growth and the wider recruitment process

Assistant Coach
I’m an assistant coach at Strive2Score, where I support our coaching team and ensure sessions run smoothly. As a current active goalkeeper in the non-league, with previous experience at the FC Basel Academy, I bring both practical expertise and a player’s perspective to my role.
I specialise in training young goalkeepers, sharing my knowledge and helping them develop the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to excel between the posts.
