Our Academy

Under 12 Team
The development of each individual player sits at the top of everything we do with the U12s.
We want to develop and evolve players by age and position.
Every players development matters to us we want to ensure players are given the right tools such as football leadership skills targeting the mental side of the game, greater fitness level which will increase their explosive movement and cause them to be dynamic on and off the ball, increase their football knowledge which will result in them being able to thrive and represent Strive2score everywhere they go.
Under 14 Team
We have two coaches leading the session. This provides a greater coach – to- player ratio, which in turn improves individual technical development as well as position specifics as you are learning from two different coaches.
Players will be provided with showcase matches and tournaments opportunities in front of scouts to demonstrate the skills they have acquired throughout the programme.
Under 16 Team
Players will be trained twice in a month by a qualified Fa coaches and qualified strength and conditioning coaches, all with the focus to improve their overall performance.
Players will gain the opportunities to play matches against other semi pro clubs.
Our mission for the U16s is to create a pathway for them to gain experience into semi-professional men football, which will give them a greater chance to scale up the football ladder and get seen by professional clubs if they don’t get offered a pro scholarship.
What To Expect
Over the last few years, many of our players have been called up to bigger teams. From Watford to Ipswich and much more.
The main purpose of our Academy is to give extra development to the players, provide a frequent match schedule against other Academy teams. We also facilitate International Tournaments and matches against huge European teams for our academy players to showcase their abilities in front of Scouts and Recruitment Teams.
